Remembering history. Reflecting on humanity.
Every year, MoTiv organizes a journey that goes beyond travel, it’s a journey into memory, meaning, and moral awareness.
From 27 February – 2 March 2026, students from TU Delft are invited to join the Reflective Journey to Auschwitz, an educational expedition about remembrance, dialogue, and learning from history.
This trip is not only about visiting Auschwitz, it’s about asking:
What does “Never Again” mean for us today?
How can we confront intolerance and injustice in our time?
Through guided tours, shared reflection, and conversations led by educators and historians, participants explore the depth of human suffering, the consequences of silence, and the resilience of the human spirit.
The journey invites openness: to history, to others, and to oneself.
Why it matters.
In a world still marked by discrimination and division, this experience helps students reflect on their own role, as engineers, designers, researchers, and citizens, in shaping a future built on awareness and responsibility.
Eighty years after Auschwitz, remembrance is not about guilt, but about courage: the courage to see, to feel, and to act.
