Thirty years is a long history, and it was very special to see so many different parts of it together in one Reunion.
For four days, the 30th FEMP Reunion travelled from Helsinki to Stockholm and back, bringing together FEMP students and alumni from across generations, along with universities and industry.
There were presentations, mentoring talks, the Company Market, an industry visit and FEMP traditions, but also plenty of time simply to talk, catch up with old friends and get to know people from other generations of FEMP.
Some joined FEMP many years ago, some have just graduated, and some are still students today. Everyone has taken a different path, and that is perhaps what makes a Reunion like this so special, seeing where those paths have led and bringing them together again.
The Main Event at Aalto University gave the 30th anniversary its focus, with talks reflecting on FEMP’s development over the years and voices from across its wider community, from alumni of different generations and the paths they have built since FEMP, to speakers bringing the work and experience of industry into the conversation.
