KMC Week 2024🤠

This is the fun introductory week for new students🎉. KMC Week will be held from Monday, September 2 through Thursday, September 5📅. During this week you will be introduced to the life in Dronten🌍. You will meet your fellow students👥, explore town🏘️, visit the bar🍻 and the student union🎶 and even be auctioned off for charity at the pig market🐷! All this is combined with lots of fun🎊, including obstacle course races in the forest🌲 and of course evening parties in the bar💃!

Very important! Don't forget your overalls and boots👢! Those will definitely come in handy😉.

🌍✨ Second-Year Internship Abroad! ✨🌍

🐴 In the second year, you have the chance to broaden your horizons with an internship abroad. We are excited to share the experience of one of our students:

"🇵🇹 During my internship abroad, I worked at Monte Velho Equo Resort in Portugal, a unique combination of a sport stable and a hotel. The sport stable breeds around ten horses a year and even participated in the 2020 Olympics with a horse they bred themselves.

As an intern, I guided trail rides and gave tours, telling guests about the history of the company. Additionally, I got lessons and learned a lot about horse training, grooming, and assisting with photoshoots and the care of foals and broodmares. It was an incredibly educational and enjoyable experience with an international team and customers from all over the world.

This internship significantly enhanced my skills and knowledge in equestrian sports. I look back on it with great pleasure and hope to return soon." 🌟🏞️
