The HRM group of the University of Twente is dedicated to cutting-edge research and teaching in HRM. https://www.utwente.nl/bms/hrm/

The HRM research, operating within the strategic research orientation of the research institute IGS “Innovation & Entrepreneurship”, aims at the exploring interdependence between HRM and (social and technological) innovation, contribution of HRM to innovative performance, and on the changes and re-structuring of the HRM function within organizations. The latest and emerging developments in organiz

ations, the content of HR practices and policies, and their architecture are seen as strongly linked with the contribution of the HRM function to social innovation, organizational performance, and management of High Tech Human Touch. Specific research and teaching accents of the group are given to innovation of HR-flow and development, HRM function and architecture, - in relations with technological changes in globally networked organizations.
