Currently, Stress has 2300 members and is the largest UT (study) association. Stress organizes various activities to support, expand and complement all of its studies. Stress has five principles, which will greatly enhance your time as a student: Study, Meet, Practice, Develop and International. One Year. Countless Memories. 💙🧡

As we look back on this incredible year, we want to say one thing: thank you.

Thank you to every member who joined our events, filled our activities with laughter, made new friendships, and helped create the community that makes Stress so special. Whether you joined us once or were there every week, you made this year unforgettable.

A special thank you goes to all of our active members, committees, volunteers, and everyone who dedicated their time and energy to organizing events behind the scenes. Your creativity, commitment, and countless hours of work made everything we achieved possible.

Together, we organized amazing events, welcomed new members, created lasting memories, and continued building a community where everyone feels at home. We also found the 52nd Candidate Board, who will continue leading Stress into its next chapter.

Although a part-time board next year may change Stress as you know it today, we truly believe the association has a bright future ahead. We can’t wait to see what comes next and are confident that Stress will continue to thrive.

To everyone who was part of this journey: thank you for helping Stress Keep Rising. 🧡💙

Thank you for an amazing year. 🤩

What does a part-time board actually mean? 🤔

Next year, we will be combining our board responsibilities with our studies. This means things will look a little different from a traditional full-time board year, but we’re excited about the opportunities it creates for both the board and our members.

In this post, we’ll explain what you can expect from us, how members can help make the year a success, and how a part-time board creates more room for initiative, responsibility, and new ideas within Stress.

Have questions, feedback, or suggestions? Feel free to let us know! 🧡💙

On the 6th and 7th of June stress went sailing in Friesland. We started with a tour of Van der Gang watches in Dokkum, which was very interesting. We then made our way to Esonstad where we would be staying for the weekend.

Saturday we had a lovely day out on the water learning how to sail, with a short lunch break at the port to get fresh “kibbeling”.

After a lovely but long day sailing we had a delicious Italian dinner together. Sunday we returned to Enschede

A special thanks to or making this lovely weekend possible for us!!

On Saturday the 28th of March, we held our bi-yearly Former Board Members Day. This year, we chose b**r biking as the activity, which turned out to be the perfect way to bring different generations together and rediscover the campus in a fun and informal setting.

It was a lovely day full of shared memories, new connections, and, most importantly, a shared love for S.A. Stress.

We would like to thank everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success. We are already looking forward to the next edition!

A special thanks to for their support in making this event possible.
