Inter-Actief is the study association for the bachelor studies Technical Computer Science and Business Information Technology and their masters at the University of Twente. Inter-Actief was founded on March 12th 1981 and has about 1290 members, which makes us the largest ICT study association in

the Netherlands. Inter-Actief is de studievereniging voor de studies Technische Informatica en Bedrijfsinformatietechnologie en de bijbehorende masters aan de Universiteit Twente. Inter-Actief is opgericht op 12 maart 1981 en heeft circa 1290 leden, waarmee zij de grootste ICT-studievereniging van Nederland zijn.

A little over two weeks ago, Turing's Tower finally took place! Over the past one and a half years the organising committee has worked hard to make this fantastic event possible. They came up with some great challenges that were genuinely enjoyed by all participants while they were trying to defeat the evil Doctor Turing and his gruesome minions. Luckily there were plenty of cameras present to capture all this action. Then this is the perfect opportunity for you to sign up for the annual parents day on the 17th of June and take your parents or maybe your brothers and/or sisters to campus.

On the Parents day parents will get to know more about your study and experience what you are doing. The parents will also be shown around campus to get know where you are studying and what you can do here besides studying. On Saturday 3rd of June, Inter-Actief organises Turing's Tower, open for everyone! In Turing's Tower, you will have your shot at overthrowing the evil Turing's reign. Located far away in his tower, you will fight your way through six tough challenges and an epic finale, hoping to make it to the end. Those who manage to reach his tower and defeat Turing and his army will be awarded with eternal fame and more!

On the 23rd of May, the drinking rooms will be transformed into a casino for one night. Get ready to try your luck and test your skills with a wide variety of games on offer, including the classics like blackjack, roulette, a slot machine, and poker. Well-being is an important topic to us all, therefore the EEMCS Boards are organising a free Mental Health Day on the 7th of May.

We will start at 12:00 in Smart XP with an interactive lunchlecture, with free lunch. This interactive lunch lecture will be given by SACC, which includes general information on mental well-being and statements you can share with others. After lunch, we will go to the petting zoo 'Kinderboerderij Enschede Noord'. Once we're all done petting the cute animals, we will head back to campus to play board games.
