On the photo: Alex Alsemgeest, BDMS alumnus and Tiele Thesis Prize-winner 2018... Is that you, next year?

Have you graduated in the academic year 2018-2019? Congrats! Consider entering the Tiele Thesis Prize-competition: the best thesis in book studies (in the widest sense of the term) produced in the Netherlands or Flanders wins 1000 euros and publication in a book studies venue.

Check the Tiele Stichting-website (link below) for the submission procedure. Note that the site is in Dutch, but theses in English are certainly elegible! Deadline 1 October. Good luck!

You win: 1000 euros to spend, and a publication of the thesis -- just like Leiden graduate Alex Alsemgeest did, last year!

More info: http://www.tiele-stichting.nl/Home/Activiteiten/Scriptieprijs

Note: link is in Dutch, but the contest is open for international graduates too. Send a message for more info.
