Tantra as a deep spiritual practice and science originated in India and also has its roots and branches in Tibet and Nepal. Tantric philosophy is thousands and thousands of years old and is still practiced today by Hindus and Tibetan Buddhists. Only in the late 70ies was neo-tantra invented and introduced to the west by various teachers, Osho being the most famous and influential. Since then, various Neo Tantra teachers and scholars have adapted some of the classical tantra philosophies and incorporated it with psychological principles and practices to make it therapeutic and adaptable for everyone. Today, more and more neo-tantric practitioners are creating their own tantric practices and neo-tantric schools. However, so far there has not been any University you can earn a degree from, until Rasayana Tantric Academy. Rasayana Tantra Academy is a new era in tantra offering a professional education rich in Tantric Tradition. Our university curriculum is extensive, we further investigate the therapuetic value of Neo Tantra by adapting integral and transpersonal psychology and sexological therapy into our course studies and degrees. Along with Neo- Tantra learning, every year each student must partake in Classical Tantra studies and training. All courses consists of 8 long weekend instructions, weekly assignments and classes, written papers, and a final examination. Upon successful completion in all these areas, the participant is awarded a degree in their specific study. The Rasayana Tantric Academy is associated with California Integral University, ASh, Dutch University College and Leiden University. We offer University accredited degrees- associate degrees as a Tantra masseuse, bachelor and master programs in Tantra Counseling and Coaching and a MPhil and PhD's in Tantric Science. We offer talented young students from various (East)-European countries financial aid and scholarships. In the First year of the study program students are trained as a tantric masseuse. The tantric masseuse may offer clients tantric relax and wellness massage, tantric de-armoring and transformational awareness massage and tantric healing massage. After the first year students have successfully completed the course, passed examinations and have been awarded the associate degree they may continue in the University as second and third year students who are working towards a Bachelor or Master degree as a tantric counselor and coach. After completion of the masters, finally, MPhil level students can get a degree and become a tantric scientist.
