The special panel session on "Studying in the Netherlands" at the Salon de l'Étudiant, Paris, 27-28 Janvier 2018 was a great success! A great many prospective students and their parents came to visit our Maastricht University booth after the session.

Are you a first year BA student? Would you like to represent FASoS? Then the student ambassadors team might be something for you! We are looking for students who are service-oriented and have good presentation skills. To apply please send a short motivation letter to [email protected]. Payment is arranged through the UM job agency InterUM.

The student ambassadors team is responsible for assisting with university recruitment activities including guided tours, university open days and giving presentations at colleges and high schools. Please be aware that you need a Dutch health insurance to start working, please check the InterUM website for more information www.interum.eu.

Ce week-end Apolline et Zoé étaient à Paris pour représenter Maastricht University au séminair organisé par la Fondation ULYSSES International Studies. L'événement avait lieu au prestigeux Atelier Néerlandais et avait pour but de mettre en avant les nombreux atouts des études aux Pays-Bas.

Dear all,
In Observant, the university’s newspaper, we’ll give some attention to the French elections. We asked Lisa Dupuy, an UCM alumna, half French/ half Dutch and who did a master journalism, to write an opinion about it. We thought it would also be great to ask four French students, studying in Maastricht, about the elections, who they are going to vote for and why. Is it possible to talk with/ chat with/ email with some of you about the elections? Hopefully it's possible to find four willing people before my deadline (Tuesday, tomorrow, 17:00). Thanks,
