Now that you know your Challenge and your teammates... you are also invited to the Honours+ Kick-Off! 🧡

Come meet your teammates in person and get to know each other over a pub quiz. It is a chance to have some fun and put your heads together for the first time!

We can’t wait to welcome you and get the programme started. See you there! 🤗

A warm welcome to our new Honours+ students! 🧡

Honours+ brings you together with students from across UM to work on a research challenge and try something beyond your own field of study.

We are excited to get started with you!

28/05/2026

We wish you all the very best for the future!

We hope you take everything you learned and discovered during Honours+ with you, and keep going after the things that excite you 🍀

The final checkbox on your checklist 👀

✅Send in the filled out reimbursement form of your team’s spending.
✅ Attach original receipts, sign the form and send it to [email protected], or drop it off at EDLAB.

Still a few things to take care of...

✅ Schedule a team closing session together with your Supervisor to evaluate and discuss the results of the team challenge.

12/05/2026

Meet the Jury! ✨

During the Honours+ Closing Event, you will present your poster and pitch to fellow Honours+ students and a jury.

The jury will focus on how clearly and engagingly you communicate your research and key insights, similar to an academic conference where attendees have not read your full paper in advance.

For each Challenge topic, the team with the strongest poster and pitch will win a team prize! 🏆

Get ready to share your work and show what your team has been working on! 🎉
