My story
Hi, I am Mariam from Egypt and I am the faculty's official student ambassador for the Maastricht University's master's programme in Governance and Leadership in European Public Health. I graduated as a bachelor’s student in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2006 and started my career with the Egyptian Drug Authority. During that time I became passionate about policy and European regulations and about public health in general. After this year I intend to put all my combined experience and knowledge to good use and tackle mental health and non-communicable diseases, but also contribute to the cause of refugee and migrant health on a European level. What's your challenge?
