Did you know that today is World Bee Day? Bumblebees are vital pollinators and we depend on them much more than you think. Pollinators contribute directly to food security and are key to conserving biodiversity. Unfortunately, bee populations worldwide are under threat due to habitat loss, introduced disease and continued use of pesticides. With the midterms coming up, the situation is weirder than ever... But wait no more, we just found a fun activity to chill our very-much-boiling brains!

As of today, we are launching a photo competition! The subject is: "NATURE IN CONFINEMENT". Let your creative-you explode, and inspire everyone with your photo-art!
The competition will stop May 1st, and the winning picture will simply be the one with the most positive reactions to (democracy, baby) :)

Of course, as it is a competition, there is also a price to win! A bag full of basil seeds, our favorite 😍

Strike with us in Maastricht on the 24th of April by UPLOADING your picture NOW! Our action: projection of hundreds of pictures on the building of the municipality! These pictures of you (+ your family and friends), and us, with a banner will show that we are still continuing the climate fight despite the quarantine! We will show that our movement is more alive and interconnected than ever. By doing so, we will urge our local governments to take concrete actions against the fossil fuel industry. Let’s make our demands respected!
