The first ever Lustrum Activity is coming to Tussen de Torens! Together with , and , we will be kicking off the lustrum on May 14th (Ascension Day, so you have the entire day off from academia!).

The activity will be a parody of the Dutch programme First Dates, namely First Mates. A friendship-based variant where you can get to know people from other associations in a relaxed way. Everyone receives a FREE drink, and FREE nachos will be handed out per table. We have prepared an activity for during the 'date', so bring all your knowledge and it will surely work out!

Afterwards, there will also be a borrel at Bar2, Can't be at First Mates? Come join us at Bar2 afterwards! (after 20:00)

It’s time for a quick recap!

On Saturday 14 March we had an amazing chessboxing tournament with such a fun day! 🥊♟️

Then on Wednesday 18 March we finally made it onto the Pancake Boat 🥞🚤 after a few failed departure attempts… You might not see many pancakes in the pics, but trust me, they were there (and VERY tasty).

And let’s not forget our laser gaming adventure back in February 🔫 Names swapped, confusion everywhere, absolute chaos at its finest :)

Last Sunday marked the very first edition of the Bonten Bughouse Brawl (BBB) ♟️🔥
In this bughouse tournament, 10 teams of two battled it out.
Mick & Levi took home the win.
Sil & Hugo secured a strong second place.
A tiebreak was needed to decide third place: Mulan & Lukas faced Eva & Mees, with Eva and Mees coming out on top.
The Wisse(l)cup went to Tom for the biggest-screw-up-by-your-teammate . His teammate didn’t show up… Luckily, he still got to play! Together with Niklas, Tom also won the prize for most connected pawns.
Afterwards, we went out for dinner with a group at an Italian restaurant in the city 🍕🇮🇹
It was a really fun day! 🙌✨
