My name is Jelle and I am 5th year student of MLS (molecular life sciences).

In my free time I love to spend time with my friends. Next to that I sometimes go to the gym or wil go for a jog. Three years back I was part of the board of Leonardo da Vinci and the year after that I was partial Faculty Assessor. I hope that as a TCP I can be there to offer a listening ear and to help support you with your issues.

I’m Sofie, a fourth-year physics student, hopefully in my final year of my bachelor. Besides being active at Marie Curie and always up for a drink, I also enjoy spending time alone in my room reading a good book.

Soon Olympus and Dorans will host a new edition of the Olympus LAN-Night🎮! During this LAN-Night you will be able to game all night in the Huygens building! Just like the previous editions you can come by and play tournaments, such as Mario Kart.🕹️

New this year is also a board game tournament🎲!

Furthermore you can also play some casual games with friends. It will take place on the 12th of November from 20:00 till 03:00. Joining is totally free and you can just walk in. There will also be drinks, snacks and something to eat.

So come join us at this amazing LAN event and show your epic gamer skills to everyone!👾

Hello everyone,

My name is Sander van Akkeren, I am 22 years old, and I am the candidate chair of Olympus for the board of the coming academic year.

I am a fourth year biology student. After finishing my bachelor, I started my master in restoration and conservation ecology last September. I am active in BeeVee as part of SPIn, the website committee.

In my spare time I like to play games with my friends. One of my favorite ones is Dungeons and Dragons, which I also host as the "Dungeon Master" for my group of friends, trying to make their lives miserable. I also like to read some books and occasionally take my racing bike out for a trip around Roosendaal, where I grew up.

I am very excited for the coming year. All though this is my first experience as being part of a board I am certain that together with my fellow board members we will make it an absolutely fantastic year.

Hey everyone,
My name is Lucas Baakman and I’m the candidate secretary for Olympus this year. I am 23 years old and currently a 4th year biologist. I grew up right here in Nijmegen, I like to hang out with friends, play video and board games and read a book or two. I also used to play quite a bit of hockey and as a local have of course walked the 4-day marches.
Besides this I like to do things for study association BeeVee. I was a member of the 35th board and am currently part of the website committee SPIn. In the spare time that is left I frequently attempt to further the progress of my studies, with varying degrees of success.
I am very much looking forward to the upcoming year and hope that the new canteens and board rooms will be great for students and board members alike!
