🇳🇱: Een vertrouwenscontactpersoon (VCP) is een laagdrempelig aanspreekpunt waar je naar toe kan als je iets als vervelend ervaart binnen de club. Dit kan gaan over een onwelkom gevoel, ruzie, veiligheid of ongewenst gedrag dat je ervaart. De VCP biedt dan een luisterend oor en kijkt - als je daar behoefte aan hebt - met je mee naar opties die je verder kunnen helpen.

Alle gesprekken met een VCP zijn strikt vertrouwelijk.

Je kunt bijvoorbeeld naar ons toe als je een vervelende opmerking hebt gekregen, je je niet op je gemak voelt, je het gevoel hebt dat er niet naar je wordt geluisterd wanneer je iets aangeeft, etc.

🇬🇧: A Trusted Contact Person (TCP) is an approachable point of contact you can turn to if you experience something unpleasant within the club. This may involve feeling unwelcome, conflicts, safety concerns, or inappropriate behavior that you experience. A TCP offers a listening ear and- if you would like - can help you explore options that may support you further.

All conversations with a TCP are strictly confidential.

For example, you can come to us if someone has made an unpleasant remark, if you do not feel comfortable, if you feel that people are not listening to you when you express something, etc.

🇳🇱: Functieomschrijving - Voorzitter 🤝

De voorzitter is het gezicht van de vereniging. De voorzitter houdt overzicht en let erop dat alles goed verloopt bij bestuursgenoten en commissies. Daarnaast pakt de voorzitter losse eindjes op en is overal van op de hoogte en waar nodig bij betrokken.

Als gezicht van de vereniging ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel leden als externe partijen en het is dus belangrijk om vaak aanwezig te zijn en je goed te profileren binnen de vereniging. Als voorzitter hou je ook oog op het beleid van de vereniging en doel je mensen te enthousiasmeren om zich in te zetten voor de vereniging en deel te nemen aan activiteiten.

🇬🇧: Job description - Chairman 🤝

The chairman is the face of the association. The chairman maintains an overview and ensures that everything runs smoothly among fellow board members and committees. The chairman also ties up loose ends and is informed about and, where necessary, involved in everything.

As the face of the association, you are the first point of contact for both members and external parties, so it is important to be present frequently and to establish a strong profile within the association. You also keep an eye on the association's policy and aim to enthuse people to commit themselves to the association and participate in activities.

🇳🇱: Functieomschrijving - Secretaris ✉️

De secretaris zorgt voor de administratie van de vereniging en is een contactpersoon voor de leden. De secretaris maakt notulen van de bestuursvergaderingen (BV´s) en algemene ledenvergadering (ALV).

Als secretaris schrijf je nieuwe leden in bij de vereniging en bij de bond. Je onderhoudt ook contact met het RSC als het bijvoorbeeld gaat om nieuwe leden die willen meetrainen of andere administratieve zaken. Daarnaast ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het ophalen van de post en andere bestuurstaken die besproken worden tijdens de BV´s.

🇬🇧: Job decsription - Secretary ✉️

The secretary handles the administration of the association and serves as a point of contact for the members. The secretary takes minutes of the board meetings (BVs) and the general members' meeting (ALV).

As secretary, you register new members with the association and with the bond. You also maintain contact with the RSC regarding, for example, new members who wish to join training sessions or other administrative matters. Furthermore, you share responsibility for collecting the mail and other board tasks that are discussed during the board meetings.

🇳🇱: Functieomschrijving - Penningmeester 💰

De penningmeester beheert het geld. De penningmeester stelt aan het begin van het jaar een begroting op en beslist of bepaalde dingen financieel haalbaar zijn of maakt financieel ruimte om beleid door te voeren.

Als penningmeester hou je zicht op de financiën van de commissies in de gaten, en je betaalt facturen. Tenslotte blijf je op de hoogte wat er speelt in de vereniging en beantwoord je vragen over contributie, subsidies etc.

🇬🇧: Job description - Treasurer 💰

The treasurer manages the finances. At the start of the year the treasurer draws up a budget and decides whether certain things are financially feasible or creates financial room to implement policy.

As treasurer, you keep an eye on the finances of the committees and pay invoices. Finally, you stay informed about what is happening within the association and answer questions about membership fees, subsidies, etc.

🇳🇱: Functieomschrijving - Commissaris PR 💬

De commissaris PR houdt zich bezig met alle activiteiten buiten het badminton om en zorgt er samen met de PR- en Activiteitencommissie (PRAC) voor dat er maandelijks een niet-sportgerelateerde activiteit is voor de leden.

Als commissaris PR beheer je de social media van onze vereniging en doe je promotie zowel binnen als buiten onze vereniging. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het contact met externen, zoals locaties voor activiteiten of zusterverenigingen.

🇬🇧: Job description - Commissioner PR 💬

The commissioner PR is involved in all activities outside of badminton. Together with the PR and Activities Committee (PRAC), they ensure that there is a non-sports-related activity for the members every month.

As commissioner PR, you manage the association's social media and handle promotion both within and outside the association. You are also responsible for contact with external parties, such as venues for activities or sister associations.

🇳🇱: Functieomschrijving - Competitieleider🏸

De functie competitieleider, zoals de naam al suggereert, is onder andere het afhandelen van alle competitie gerelateerde zaken. Je bent de directe contactpersoon van de bond (Badminton Nederland) en alle verenigingen tijdens het competitieseizoen.

Als competitieleider houd je ook nauw contact met het Radboud Sportcentrum (RSC) over de beschikbaarheid van accommodatie voor zowel de competitiedagen als de trainingsavonden.

De competitieleider neemt per definitie ook plaats in de Technische Commissie (TC) als voorzitter en daarmee contact onderhoud met de verschillende trainers (zowel hoofd- en student-) en de indeling voor de trainingsgroepen en competitieteams verzorgt.

🇬🇧: Job description - League Secretary🏸

The role of league secretary involves handling all competition-related matters. You are the primary point of contact for the bond (Badminton Nederland) and all clubs during the competition season.

As league secretary, you maintain close contact with the Radboud Sports Centre (RSC) regarding the availability of facilities for both competition days and training evenings.

The league secretary is also automatically the chairman of the Technical Committee (TC), through which they maintain contact with the various coaches (both head coaches and student coaches) and oversee the division of training groups and competition teams.

🇳🇱: Voor onze vorige activiteit zijn een paar enthousiaste Stubanezen met veel plezier gaan lasergamen!🔫😄 Na 2 rondes hard strijden is Daniel er uiteindelijk met de winst vandoor gegaan💪🏼🥳
