Your time to ask your questions! 🎥✨

We are launching the next episode of our “Ask the Expert” series! Each episode, an EUR alumnus or professor will answer your questions about their specific field of expertise! All questions will come directly from the audience, giving you the chance to participate!

For this episode, you can ask Anderson Mora Cortes anything about the brain. Think about mental health like anxiety and loneliness, brain diseases like Alzheimer's or dementia, or even the impact of sleep, food, or exercise on your brain.

🎉 Wonderful News! 🎉

The ESSB research project, 'Shaping school mental wellbeing through youth participation,' has received a €150.000 grant from the Dutch Research Agenda (NWA)! 💙

We're on a mission to improve mental health interventions for youth in secondary and vocational schools. Led by researchers Lysanne te Brinke, Yara Toenders, Danielle Remmerswaal, and Eveline Crone from Erasmus University Rotterdam, in partnership with the Trimbos Institute, we're focusing on youth participation to bring together insights from science and practice.

The researchers will map out mental health interventions in Dutch schools and work with young people to understand what works best. Plus, we'll look at how teachers and mentors can positively impact youth mental health.

Join us on this journey to create sustainable solutions that boost students' mental resilience! 💪
