PhD Position | Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs: Balancing Between Brilliance and Barriers

How do the strengths and challenges associated with neurodivergent profiles influence entrepreneurial behaviour, and under what conditions does neurodivergence facilitate or hinder entrepreneurial outcomes?
ERIM is looking for a PhD candidate to contribute to a timely and socially relevant research agenda at the intersection of entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion, work psychology, and innovation studies.

The project will develop a balanced understanding of neurodivergent entrepreneurship and examine how neurodivergence shapes entrepreneurial performance and wellbeing in different contexts.
