Heyy, I’m Anouk and I’m the upcoming independent chairwoman of IDEA 2026-2027. Next year, I will be in my second year of Organization and Management Studies. I am an active member of POLIS and excited to meet new people and take on this great opportunity. I’m really looking forward to the year ahead as chairwoman!! ❤️💙

Come join IDEA’s Master Experience Days, where Master alumni share their real experiences to help you find the perfect fit!

We have several sessions during 2 days:
April 20th — Psychology programs
April 21st — HRS, OMS & Sociology programs

Each day includes alumni presentations, a speed dating network session for direct interaction and a tasty lunch!🌯

After the lunch, the will also organize some activities which directly link the masters to the workfield!

Take this opportunity to ask your questions, broaden your perspective and prepare for your next academic step!

Join the Master Experience Days (MED) on th 20th and 21st of April! Gain valuable peer-to-peer insights into the Master’s programs offered by Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral (TSB) Sciences. During the MED, you’ll get a chance to meet alumni from our different Master’s programs and hear all about their (professional) experiences and tips. You can take part in interactive speed-dating network sessions and ask all your questions there too.

This year, the MED is held in the same week as the Social Sciences Career Event and is organized by Faculty Association IDEA of Tilburg University.

Dear TSB students,

Do you think your travel memories deserve more than just a spot in your camera roll? 🌍✨
Let’s turn them into something you can stick on your fridge!

On March 12th, IDEA invites you to a cozy and creative Paint ’n Sip afternoon where you’ll design your very own magnet inspired by your favourite travel memory. 🎨🖌️ We’ll be on the hallway on the sixth floor of Tias from 13:00–17:00, and you can walk in anytime during this timeslot. And its completely free, including the materials and drinks! To get the vibes going, a summery welcome cocktail will also be waiting for you when you arrive 🍹

Whether you’re inspired by sunsets in Lisbon, beach days in Nice, or exploring the streets of Prague, we can’t wait to see your memories come to life. ✨

What is IDEA? 🤔

A lot of people don’t really know what IDEA is or what it does. IDEA mostly works behind the scenes, but even if you don’t always see it, we do a lot for students within TSB!
So we broke it down for you 💡

Think your shower concerts deserve a bigger audience? 🎤🎶
Look no further because March 3rd marks IDEA’s Brew-tal Karaoke Night. At 20:30 the mics (and the taps🍺) are open!

Join us at for a night of loud songs and great company. We’re kicking things off with 100 liters of free beer at 20:30, so make sure you’re there! The first singers may enter the stage at 20:45.
