Our dearest followers, we wish you the best for 2022! Lots of positive vibes, new memories and much quality time!
We are now in a lock down and these times can be really difficult, especially when living on 8 square meters or when you have a hard time studying. With the new year there are a lot of posts and stories about New Years resolutions, about getting fit, a new, better version of yourself. But that notion can be challenging in itself, but especially during a pandemic. We encourage you to listen to your own needs, maybe rest is more important, maybe meeting and sharing with friends should be your own New Year’s resolution, maybe getting active does work for you, that’s ok! But do what works because it’s for you, instead of adhering to a certain expectation or image. You deserve it 💕
If you need some help with this, the humanities faculty has a ‘New Year’s Resolutions week’. They have mindfulness mornings, motivation workshops, a workshop about stress and much more. Take a look at a part of the overview of the week (swipe) or go straight to the website (link in bio).
