We have a new activity planned for you. On Tuesday June 2nd, we'll be having a book market 📚
Here is the perfect excuse to make your Celtic book collection even bigger than it already is! You're welcome to join us at any time between 11:00 and 15:00 in D23, room 206.

Asterix is proud to share that our annual alumni reception will be held on Monday the 15th of June in Janskerhof 2-3, 0.19 between 17:45 and 22:00.

The alumni reception is the opportunity for current and former students to meet each other. All students, alumni and teachers of the programme are welcome! The drinks are free for alumni and teachers, but we ask for a contribution of €5 from members.

It is already time for our friends & family night!
On this evening you get to bring 2 parents/friends/family members to follow a mini lesson Celtic from our teachers. This way they can get an idea of what we do at our study.
You can sign up by replying to the email that I just sent you. If you want to bring more than 2 people then send us an email, and we'll see what we can do for you.
The friends & family night takes place on Wednesday the 27th of May in Drift 23, 2.12 between 18:00 and 20:00. There will be snacks and drinks available :)

Next tuesday we will have a cozy arts and crafts afternoon in Herman from 14:30 till 16:30. The theme for this afternoon will be Celtic knots, but feel free to bring your own projects to work on. This is the perfect opportunity to share your hobbies, get inspired by eachother and just have a nice chat.

On the 26th of May we have planned a canoeing activity. This will take place at Botenverhuur de Rijnstroom from 16:00 till 18:00. The costs for the activity will be €3. If you want to come, please let us know before the 18th of May.

Dear Asteriges,

As the academic year is slowly coming to an end, applications for Board XXVI of Asterix are now open!! If you want to be part of the board in the next academic year, send us your application via email by Friday May 8th at 23:59 and you will be invited for an interview!

We have also planned another open meeting on Tuesday May 5th between 13:00 and 15:00 for those who want to experience a board meeting before taking a decision (or simply for those who are curious as to what a board meeting looks like).

Any Asterix member of any year can apply. You can find more information in the email that has been sent to all of the active members of Asterix. If you have any questions, you can always reach out to the current board members by email or text. Of course, you can also always ask us about our experiences at a coffee hour.

We're almost there! On the 13th of April, we are heading to Cork (Ireland), for our annual study trip! We will certainly have a lovely time there, with several exciting activities on the planning, including a visit to University College Cork.
This trip would not have been possible, however, without the support of STUF Ufonds, and our wonderful travel committee Obelix.

On the 31th of March we have planned a walk to the Pepernotenberg, so you can take a moment to relax in between the deadlines and exams. We will start at the bus stop Heidelberglaan and arrive at Amelisweerd about one hour and 40 minutes later. Sign up by sending us an email before the 30th of March.
