Living on your own for the first time, meeting lots of new people and discovering what you are passionate about. This is stressful and exciting for any student and takes a lot of energy. If you have a functional limitation, you are often faced with even more challenges. Attending lectures, giving presentations or balancing a social life; it is not always self-evident and you could do with some help.

We offer a safe environment where you can talk about what is on your mind, what you need and to support each other in a positive way. This helps you cope better with those extra challenges.

The group is open to everyone! WUR already offers support to students with a functional limitation (officially: a chronic condition that can hinder your participation in education). No WURries also welcomes people who could use extra support due to other - temporary - circumstances.

The sessions are guided by a student psychologist and a student dean.

Dear WUR teachers,

It has already been over a year since the COVID-19 pandemic hit us and we had to start working from home. A lot has changed since then, including education.

Ever since 1981, high quality university education is rewarded by the Teacher of the Year Award, organised annually by University Fund Wageningen. This year, instead of putting one teacher in the spotlight, University Fund Wageningen wanted to applaud all teachers who have made innovative blended education such a major success during the past year.

To express our gratitude and admiration of what has been achieved, University Fund Wageningen, in cooperation with the Student Council, has developed this special video. We hope you enjoy!

The Student Council has created a survey about the current study spot reserving system; TimeEdit! We would like to compile an inventory of your opinions on this reserving system. Our goal is to get a better understanding of what the preferable system would like and to try to influence it, according to your wishes! Therefore, please fill out the survey ☺️
