The Laboratories of Microbiology and Systems & Synthetic Biology organize a bi-yearly PhD study trip. This year it's Germany, Sweden & Denmark.

As part of their training program, PhD students from the Netherlands are encouraged to broaden their knowledge and scope through an excursion abroad, meanwhile establishing new contacts that might lead to collaborations in the future. Therefore, the Laboratory of Microbiology of the Wageningen University, organize a bi-yearly PhD study trip. We are currently setting up the program for the 2017 tri

p to Germany-Denmark-Sweden, as most PhD students from our laboratories have scientific interests in topics in which many groups, institutes and companies in the area operate at the forefront.
