सरकारले सार्वजनिक यातायातमा विद्यार्थीहरूलाई कानुनअनुसार ४५% भाडा छुट अनिवार्य रूपमा कार्यान्वयन गर्न निर्देशन दिएको छ। यो सुविधा कुनै नयाँ होइन—१६ वर्षअघि विद्यार्थी संगठनहरूको कडा संघर्ष र आन्दोलनबाट स्थापित अधिकार हो।

आजको यो निर्णयले फेरि एकपटक प्रमाणित गरेको छ कि संगठित आवाजले परिवर्तन सम्भव बनाउँछ। विद्यार्थीको पहुँच, अवसर र भविष्य सुनिश्चित गर्न यस्तो व्यवस्था केवल कागजमा होइन, व्यवहारमै देखिनु आवश्यक छ।

अब आवश्यक छ—यस अधिकारको पूर्ण पालना, प्रभावकारी अनुगमन, र विद्यार्थीप्रति जिम्मेवार व्यवहार।
