Document Verification And Admission Notice Of EOI List Undergraduate Programs (School Of Science) 2026 (08/20/2026).

Admission Schedule:
Date: August 21 to August 24, 2026
Time: 09:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Venue: Room No. 206, Block No. 06, School of Science, Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel

Procedures for Document Verification and Admission:

1. Appear in person (with parents/guardians as far as possible) at the admission office
2. Recent PP size photos (2 copies)
3. Bring original documents
Citizenship
Admit Card of KU-CBT Exam
SEE Document
SEE Marksheet
Character Certificate
Degree Certificate
+2/Equivalent ( A level, IB level, Diploma)
11&12-mark sheets
Transcript
Character certificate
Original Migration certificate
4. Two copies of each document in number 3.

5. Get your documents verified by authorized personnel at the admission desk.

6. Fill up the admission and registration forms completely.

7. Proceed for admission fee payment.

8. Submit one copy of the payment voucher to the admission office and keep a copy of the payment slip with you for your records.

9. Sign the declaration yourself and get the signature of your guardian.
