Day 2 Successfully Concluded

LUCAN, in collaboration with Lincoln University College, Malaysia, successfully conducted the second day of the Faculty Development Workshop.

The workshop brought together faculty members from our associate colleges for an interactive day focused on innovative teaching methodologies, learner engagement, effective classroom management, and enhancing the overall teaching learning experience. The sessions encouraged collaboration, practical insights, and the sharing of best practices to strengthen academic excellence across institutions.

A key highlight of the day was the selection of dedicated Resource Persons for each academic program to further support faculty development initiatives:

BCS, BIT & MCS: Dr. Suman Thapaliya, Roshan Bhatt & Santosh Dhungana

Day 1 Successfully Concluded

LUCAN, in collaboration with Lincoln University College, Malaysia, successfully conducted the first day of the Faculty Development Workshop on “Bloom’s Taxonomy & Assessment Quality Management.”

The workshop brought together Program Coordinators, Department Heads, and Academic Experts from our associate colleges for an engaging day of learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development. The sessions focused on strengthening assessment quality, enhancing learning outcomes, and fostering academic excellence across institutions.

We sincerely thank all our participants and facilitators for making today’s workshop a great success.

We look forward to welcoming our faculty members tomorrow for Day 2, featuring the workshop on “Teaching Pedagogy & Effective Classroom Practices.”
