Democratic Learning is about choosing to learn and discover what is around us and what is within us. Maturity is when we are capable of understanding ourselves, following the passion that arises from our heart and owning the responsibilities that come our way.
The learners choose what they want to learn, use resources at hand and take up the leadership to organize, teach and learn.
For example if someone wants to learn or teach Madal(a nepali musical instrument), they come forward and put the notice of the session. The eligibility criteria for him/her to organize is only their promise to give their best to take care of resources/things and conduct the session in a fair way.

A wonderful hike to the summit of Chandragiri Hill (2750m)with our children. Five year old Prem was the youngest hiker. He got a bit tired but he made it to the top.
