Real industry insight, right on campus.

Our BHM students recently attended a non-credit session on the Evolution of Food and Beverage, facilitated by Mr. Kiran Moktan, Assistant F&B Manager at Aloft by Marriott Kathmandu Thamel.

From the guild system in France to how the F&B industry has transformed over centuries, students got a front row look at how the world of hospitality has evolved into what it is today.

Moments like these are what campus life at KFA Business School is all about, learning beyond the classroom, straight from industry experts.

What did I learn in today’s class?

Meet Sonu Ghising from BHM 14th Intake, taking us through a day in her BHM class at KFA Business School.

From preparing Carrot Salad and learning to make Dal Kachori dough, to learning new words in French class and practising professional guest service, the day was packed with hands-on learning and new experiences.

Because BHM isn’t just about cooking. It’s a mix of practical learning, theory, communication, and hospitality skills that prepares students for the industry.
