According to Nepal Medical Council recent Guidelines

Nepalese students willing to study MBBS should have to study one year Chinese Language followed by 6 years Medical Course (Including one year Internship) in parent institute.

Starting from year 2016, Any Nepalese students Who want to study Medicine in China should have to pass the entrance examination in Nepal for undergraduate medical Course. Now on-wards this is the mandatory requirement to get eligibility certificate from Nepal Medical Council to get enrolled into foreign Medical Institute.

Eligibility requirements for the Post graduate study is same as before.
