🎓We would like to congratulate Ms. Rusha Shrestha and Ms. Shobha Regmi from MBA-F third batch for sucessfully presenting their research paper representing our college Central Department of Management Tribhuvan University at 1st BIC International Conference with the theme Driving Sustainability: Business, Innovation and Governance in Action.🎊

This conference was held in Boston International College, Bharatpur 10, Chitwan for 2 days (November 28, 2025 & November 29, 2025).

🎉On Nov. 28, Ms. Shobha Kumari Regmi presented her research topic on "Determinants of Financial Inclusion in Nepal: The Role of Financial Literacy and Digital Finance" and on Nov. 29, Ms. Rusha Shrestha presented her research topic on "Determinants of Shoppers' Preference Using QR Codes: Moderating Role of Adaptive Innovativeness"👏.

Likewise, we would like to thank our Prof. Dr. Bharat Singh Thapa for guiding and encouraging our students at 1st BIC International Conference Driving Sustainability: Business, Innovation and Governance in Action.🙏
