*स्थानीय विकासको राजनीतिक अर्थशास्त्रतर्फ विद्यावारिधी यात्रा*

काठमाडौँ विश्वविद्यालयमा औपचारिकरूपमा “नेपालमा स्थानीय विकास र निर्वाचन क्षेत्र सेवा प्रदानको राजनीतिक अर्थशास्त्र” विषयमा प्रस्तुति गरेकोछु । सिक्ने, जान्ने, अनुसन्धान गर्ने प्रक्रियालाई निरन्तरता दिन विद्यावारिधी गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छु ।

यस अध्ययनमा शक्ति संरचना, संस्थागत प्रबन्ध र स्थानीय कार्यान्वयनबीचको अन्तरसम्बन्धलाई विश्लेषण गर्दै विकासका परिणामहरू किन र कसरी भिन्न हुन्छन् भन्ने अनुसन्धान गर्ने छु । यो अनुसन्धानले नीतिगत सुधार, जवाफदेहिता र प्रभावकारी सेवा प्रवाहका लागि ठोस आधार प्रदान गर्न मद्दत गर्ने उद्देशय राखेको छु ।

काठमाडौँ विश्वविद्यालय जस्तो अनुसन्धानमुखी र अन्तरविषयक वातावरण भएको संस्थामा अध्ययन गर्दा उच्चस्तरीय मार्गदर्शन, व्यावहारिक अभिमुखता र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सहकार्यका अवसर प्राप्त हुने अपेक्षा राखेको छु, जसले यसै क्षेत्रमा विद्यावारिधी गर्न उपयुक्त शैक्षिक आधार सुनिश्चित गर्ने विश्वास लिएको छु।
