Ambrosia International College, AIC, has comes into existence. Viewing the need of society, country and longing of the pupils for technical and job oriented modern standard foreign education at affordable cost within the country, a group of dynamic people work
ing in the field of education and information technology site together to discuss for establishing a college for providing higher education to Nepalese students and professionals from a dignified foreign University specially from neighboring country, India. After a long and extensive discussion, the group took a decision to establish Ambrosia International College and get registration from the company register office, Government of Nepal under company act, 2063. Ambrosia International College, AIC, is established to provide higher education in the field of IT and Management to the young Nepalese plus two graduates, undergraduates and professionals who pursue their higher education that help them to lead the future life in the present day competitive world comfortably completing their education in due time. The objective of the college is to provide internationally recognized standard Indian Higher Education to Nepalese students within the country at an affordable cost by getting affiliation from the well-known Indian University. In the process of seeking affiliation from the well-known Indian University, the effort of the group is awarded by Karnataka State Open University that granted the affiliation with collaborative partner to the Ambrosia International College for launching its academics courses. That is, the AIC has been appointed as an Academic Partner of KSOU, Mysore to promote its various programmes in distance education mode. For permission to launch the academic courses of KSOU, AIC has already applied with Ministry of Education, Government of Nepal. As such, the Ambrosia International College reach in a state of a lunching its academic programs affiliated by Kartanaka State Open University from January, 2012.
