Instructions for online form

Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Dean's Office Tinpur, Kailali Faculty of Agricultural Sciences Entrance Examination Admission Directory 2081/082

1. The total student enrollment quota will be 100 (one hundred) students.

2. The target scholarship quota will be kept at 200% (twenty-five percent) out of the total student quota of 100 students.

3. The minimum qualification required for admission is Certificate Level (Science) i.e. 10+2 (Science/Agriculture) Three years Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent level with minimum 100 marks in Compulsory English, Chemistry, Biology and fifty (50) Must have studied Mathematics and Playsics subject and obtained fifty percent (45%) of total marks and passed or obtained 2.00 CGPA.

4. Entrance Test Fee Rs.2,500. (two thousand five hundred only).

5. 1,000 (one thousand only) per room will be charged extra for more than one reserved quota. Marksh*t quota should be selected on the basis of preference.

Online/Offline Entrance Test Application Form Filling Deadline:

a) Date 2081/04/24 to 2081/05/27.

Since it is mandatory to do so, the student should save the confirmation code and print his admit card himself through the online entrance exam application in one of the eligible agricultural science students.

9. The entrance exam will be conducted on 208106 Thursday 11:00 at Wajetikapur Multiple Campus, Tikapur, Kailali and Kathmandu and the result will be published on 2081/09/04 through the website.

10. Reserved 250% scholarship arrangements

The arrangement of 25% (twenty-five percent) scholarship provided by the office of Sudurpaschim University, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Three is as per the details.

a) Total 9 people from 9 districts of Sudurpaschim Province, 1/9 person each. (Permanently residing in the concerned district and having studied SER 10+2, three years diploma in agriculture or equivalent from the concerned district

should be and those who have studied in public schools/institutions in the said quotas will be given first priority)

(g) Women 2 with best marks in Merit List.

(c) 2 men who have obtained the best marks in the merit list.

(p) 2 persons from among the husband/wife/daughter/daughter of permanent faculty and staff who have obtained excellent marks in Yoyata list. (Copy of appointment letter of faculty and staff) (a) Madhesi 2 people who got the best marks in the merit list (Madhesi

Attested letter of recommendation from government agency) 2 Dalits who have excelled in qualification. (Recommendation letter from Dalit certified government agency) (f)

(h) 2 locals who have obtained the best part in the qualification list (Tikapur, Lamkichuha Bhajani Municipality and Jankar, Joshipur rural municipality area with permanent residence and having studied SEE or 10-2, three years agricultural diploma or equivalent from the respective area

First priority will be given to those who should and have studied in Jakat Kotaharuga Community School/Institute.

(x) 1 person with disability who has obtained excellent marks in the qualification examination (recommendation letter from the government body certified as disabled) (

a) 1 person from the backward area who obtained the worst score in the qualification list and has permanent residence in the Pilla area designated by the Government of Nepal and has studied SIBLE or 1002, three-year agricultural diploma or equivalent from the relevant area (

11. The pass mark for the entrance exam will be 420% (forty percent). 12 SEE 1017 (ten percent), 10+2 (Science/Agriculture) or three year agricultural diploma 10% (ten percent) and 80% (eighty percent) marks weightage of entrance examination will be kept and the merit list will be drawn and according to the order of merit the admission will be final. The list will be published.

(i) 1 person with disabilities who obtained excellent marks in merit list. (Recommendation letter from government agency certified as disabled)

(j) 1 person from Backward Region who has obtained excellent marks in merit list. (Should have permanently resided in a backward area designated by the Nepal government and should have studied SEE or 10+2, three-year agricultural diploma or equivalent from the relevant area and those who have studied in community schools/institutions in the said quotas will be given first priority)

11. The passing mark of the entrance exam will be 40% (forty percent).

12 SEE 10% (ten percent), 10+2 (Science/Agriculture) or three years agricultural diploma 10% (ten percent) and 80% (eighty percent) marks weightage of entrance examination will be prepared and merit list will be prepared and admission will be done in order of merit. The final list will be published.

13. According to the syllabus of the certificate level, compulsory English-14, Chemistry-14, Biology-15, Botany-15, Mathematics-14, Physics-14, Agriculture and Animal Science subjects 10 and General Knowledge-4 questions will be included in the entrance exam. Also all the questions will be objective. There will be total 100 questions in the entrance exam for which the time will be 1 hour

Faculty of Agriculture Entrance Examination Admission Guide 2081/082

1. Quota will be 100 (one hundred) students.

2. The reserved scholarship quota will be 25%

3. The minimum qualification required for admission is at Certificate Level (Science) or 10+2 (Science/Agriculture), three years Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent with minimum 100 marks in Compulsory English, Chemistry, Biology and Must have studied fifty (50) full marks in Mathematics and Physics (Physics) subjects and obtained fifty percent (45%) of the total marks and passed or obtained 2.00 CGPA.

4. Entrance Exam Fee Rs.2,500.

5. For more than one reserved quota, an additional fee of Rs.1,000.-

6. While choosing the reserved quota, the choice should be made on the basis of preference.
7. Online/Offline Entrance Test Application Form Filling Deadline:

c) After uploading the entrance exam application form online, there will be a confirmation code, the confirmation code is necessary to correct the mistakes made while filling the entrance exam application form and to print the admit card, so the student should save the confirmation code and print his admit card himself and enter through offline. In case of filling the examination application form, the admit card can be obtained from the Faculty of Agriculture.

d) When coming for the entrance exam, the students should bring the admit card, complete citizenship and complete bank voucher with them.
