Behind every student who stays the course, there's often one person who helped them find their way. At IOU, that person is the SISC Officer.
Student Information & Support is where students turn for guidance throughout their journey, from admissions and registration to exams, fees, and graduation. As a SISC Officer, you are the one who listens, understands the question, applies the right policy, and follows through until the student has a clear answer.
This is demanding work, and that's exactly why it matters. You'll manage individual student cases, respond quickly and accurately, coordinate across departments, and carry each case to a clear outcome. The role is measured on responsiveness, quality, and follow-through.
You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in student support or a similar service role. Strong support experience can count in place of a directly related degree, and excellent written English is critical. An additional language is a genuine advantage given IOU's international students.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a written communication and case-handling assessment.
