A good reminder!

There are parts of us trying so hard to look after us and help us see our inherent worth. Sometimes they're shouted down by the parts that have been told we're not good enough, or they're hard to find when life is messy and difficult. If we can tune in and allow ourselves some space to connect to the loving bits, we can start feeling the love a bit more, and that can make all the difference.

(Counselling can help connect to those loving parts too, just sayin' ;) )
