This is the last week to apply for 2026 Science Academy Teacher PLD. We have a great schedule coming together with workshops on AI in the classroom, meeting Otago researchers, senior science intensives, field trips to Orokonui and the Marine Studies Centre and more!! Recently we hosted some of our 2024 Science Academy Alumni studying at Otago for a lunch catch up. It was great to see so many of our 2024 Alumni enjoying their University experience and hear about what they have all been up to since Science Academy 2024!!

Also a call out to alumni from any year - this year our Transitions to Tertiary afternoon for the 2025 Science Academy students will be on Wednesday July 2nd. We will be kicking off with lunch at 12pm and would like to invite any alumni who are keen to come along.
