⚠️ How to get Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) ⚠️
If you have COVID-19 symptoms or are an asymptomatic Household Contact of a positive Covid case, you can order RATs through this Ministry of Health website 👉https://requestrats.covid19.health.nz/

✅ The tests are completely free.
✅ You need to order these tests online.
✅ You will then be given an order number and can collect your RATs from a collection site (quoting this order number).

ℹ️Collecting your RATs tests
>Once you’ve ordered your test, you’ll be given a unique number that you can present at a range of local pharmacies and service providers, immediately. This website lists all of these places by location 👉 https://bit.ly/3hSiBws

ℹ️Record your result
>After you’ve done your test, record your result on the MOH website 👉 https://mycovidrecord.health.nz/
>If you have a positive result, let us know by filling in this form 👉 https://bit.ly/3hQYiPT

ℹ️Accessing other testing
>You can also access testing (RAT and PCR) at community testing centres and general practices – remember, you need to meet the testing criteria (i.e. you’re symptomatic or are a Household Contact of a Covid positive case).
>If you don’t meet the testing criteria and want to get tested (for example, before visiting an elderly relative), you can buy tests at some pharmacies.

💙 Need help or support? We may be able to support you with food, essential items, money and more. Learn more here 👉 https://bit.ly/3CqKh4N

⚠️ 🔴 Due to COVID-19 and the current ‘red’ setting, we’ve had to cancel our March 2022 Dunedin-based Graduation (Thu 10 March and Fri 11 March).

ℹ️ The Omicron variant is set to peak in the coming weeks, so we’ve had to make this decision to ensure the health and safety of you, your whānau, our wider community and staff.

There's no way to not feel disappointed. We’re disappointed too! So, we’re keen to make sure you still have some way of celebrating with us:

ℹ️ You will still graduate ‘in absentia’ (you will officially graduate even though we won’t be having a graduation ceremony).

ℹ️ All awards will be conferred by the Otago Polytechnic Board Ltd on Thursday 17 February 2022. This means you can use your awarded titles from this date.

ℹ️ We’re keen to hear your ideas for an alternative way to celebrate when we move down into the ‘orange’ setting. We’ll be sending all registered grads an email next week with a link to a survey (more details included in the email). 👈

ℹ️ We’ll also have a social media celebratory presence on Thu 10 and Fri 11 March (more details to come in that same email so check your inbox! 👀)

ℹ️ If you're registered to attend graduation in Hamilton, the team there will touch base with you separately about the plan.

We’re sorry to have to cancel this event. It takes nothing away from your incredible achievement – made even more incredible knowing you’ve graduated with a qualification during a global pandemic!

Our massive congratulations to you all! 🤗 🫂
