A Moment to Breathe and Brew

After a wild, beautiful, non‑stop summer… we’re finally taking a minute to slow down and appreciate what’s right in front of us these fresh AF roasted coffee beans.

They’re a reminder of why we started West Roastery in the first place.

Of the blends that carried us through our first year.

Of our amazing customers that kept us going when imports got messy and the road got bumpy.

But the exciting part is those challenges pushed us to evolve.

Our blends are finally shifting, growing, becoming something new. After a few false starts last year 🥲

For us our Roastery has always been about the experience, and we’ve got a few ideas up our sleeve that we can’t wait to share

For now, we’re just soaking in this moment… the craft, the calm after the chaos.

What our customers say

For us, delivery days are everything -people get to know us face to face, even though we don’t have bricks and mortar just yet.

We genuinely love our deliveries. They’re a chance to connect, catch up, and stay grounded in our community. Without that support, we simply wouldn’t exist.

Today brought some really meaningful conversations about our next steps and the kind of support that could help us grow. Lately we’ve been having more of these chats with OG customers and suppliers, and it’s so lovely to feel that organic momentum building, even if growth takes time.

Kels and I will spill the tea on our goals soon. We’ve got a plan - and we know good things take time.

When it comes to our branding, our experience, and our product, we’re confident in what we offer… and what we don’t. Saying yes isn’t always the right move; it’s about timing and making sure each opportunity truly fits us.
