Just when we thought we'd save the last three pieces for ourselves, along came a nice gentleman who savoured the samples and then declared that he was going to snap them all up. After all that effort to feed so many, it was ironic that we ourselves ended the fair in hunger, but then - as cliched as it sounds, our souls were well-fed by the joy and appreciation of those who tried the samples and bought the Roti Canai. :)

Shoutout to Hamilton River Market for letting us set up our stall this morning - we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

After a hiatus brought on by a trip back to Singapore, we'll be back in action tomorrow at the River Market. Come on by to get your fix! We've now got the portable stove to prepare the roti canai fresh onsite and we'll keep it going till we run out of dough for the day.
