A fabulous morning with Rockit seeing the full production process from tree to plate. A big thanks to Dillon Green and all the team at Rockit for accommodating us during a busy harvesting period. Innovations and excellence is alive and well in Hawkes Bay and there is no better example of that than Rockit! A massive thanks to the wonderful Clare Buckner from the primary industries portfolio at EIT for making this possible.

It hasn't been easy post cyclone, with plenty of adjustments made be everyone. We did however find some time to have a chat with some of the travel and tourism students while baking delicious Anzac biscuits
