So many of the women who've joined Winter Movement Club so far, have messaged me to say that they're excited to start and so glad they signed up because now they don't have to think about it anymore.

The movement and support are locked in. The decision making is done.

I think that says a lot about the season of life so many of the women in my community are in right now (and perhaps the state of the world too???). We're all so mentally exhausted and getting more and more overwhelmed by all the wellness recommendations on social media which seem to require both lots of time and lots of money.

We really want to move more, feel stronger, have more energy, reconnect to ourselves, improve our mobility, support our mental health, and feel more capable in our everyday lives, but by the time we get a breather we just don't know what to do first.

Winter Movement Club aims to provide something different: a supportive, realistic, human way of approaching movement.

Small pockets of movement.
Movement snacks.
30-minute sessions.
Mobility.
Strength.
Pep talks for a low energy day.
Movement over exercise in a single time slot.

I think there's something really amazing about deciding that this winter doesn't have to become another 3 months of slowly disconnecting from yourself and promising you'll “start again” in spring.

Time and time again I see people wanting to go from 0 exercise days to 5 days a week. They might pull it off for a while but sickness, busyness, life eventually happens and the disruption feels so big that getting back into it is hard.

My goal with Winter Movement Club is to help you build consistency in a much more realistic way through shorter movement sessions, movement snacks, accountability, support, and movement that fits around your normal life.

Most importantly, I'll be taking away the mental load of constantly having to decide what exercises to do, what equipment to use, how long to move for or how to structure movement into your week.

You'll go on your phone, login to the website and your movement will be there waiting for you.

I specifically wanted to run this through winter because if you can build consistency during the short days, sh*tty weather time of the year, you'll set yourself up ao beautifully for the rest of the year!
