🍺🍷 Beer and Wine Consumer Study
Kia ora!
We’re inviting people to register their interest in a consumer research study at the Feast Lab, Massey University.
Selected participants will attend three ~60‑minute sessions, where they will taste a range of beer and wine samples and provide feedback on overall liking, feelings, and appropriateness.
Participants selected to take part will receive a thank‑you voucher to cover expenses.
You must meet ALL of the following criteria to be able to participate:
Aged 20–65 years old
Willing to consume beer and wine
Not pregnant or lactating
Not allergic or intolerant to beer or wine (including alcohol, gluten, hops, sulphites, and/or grapes)
Not taking any medications with alcohol interactions
No history or current issues with harmful use of alcohol
No known taste deficits, oral disorders, or anosmia
Communicate competently in English
Willing to wait at Feast if blood alcohol level registers above 0.05 on a breathalyser until it falls below 0.05
