The July intake for the Diploma in Small Business and Project Management is now open for enrolments.
All online, no course fees, one 3 hour class/week at times to suit.

When I’m not teaching project management I’m usually busy with my own projects.
Smaller ‘piecemeal’ things around the house don’t need a plan, just an intention and time.
Larger projects like the new build I’m planning for next door definitely do need a plan, to identify everything that needs to be done, a timeline, an order, a budget and checkpoints to manage quality as we go.
