Pacific Island Commerce Students' Association Victoria University of Wellington's Pacific Island Commerce Students' Association PICSA is a student led association within Victoria University of Wellington.

We are based at the Victoria Business School (Pipitea Campus). We are here to connect students and encourage post-study dreams and aspirations, while supporting indigenous Pacific morals, values and ideologies as a foundation for holistic success.
