"BUY ONE. PLANT ONE": Mangrove Tree Planting Activity

Alpha Phi Omega Capiz Alumni Association and Theta Omicron Chapter, in cooperation with Palina Greenbelt Ecopark, managed by Palina River Development Association (PARIDA), would like to invite everyone to join our 2024 Mangrove Planting Activity on April 20, 2024 (Saturday), 3PM at Palina Greenbelt Ecopark located in Sitio Cabalatan, Brgy. Cagay, Roxas City. This is in line with Earth Day, which will be on April 22, 2024.

Through our “Buy One. Plant One” initiative, every purchase plants a mangrove in your name, help the local people in restoring the mangrove forests that have already been lost and help set up the nurseries needed to plant thousands of seedlings, helping to boost the surviving mangrove habitat.

We are also calling for volunteers (you can also bring along your families and friends) to join and help us secure the coasts for the next generation!
