The KE Program (Basic Surfing Course 1 - 4) that Jeff participated in is a project of Alpha Phi Omega, organized through APO Guinayangan as part of their sports initiative.

The Kultura Extrema Project is primarily funded by APO, spearheaded by one of our progenitors, Bro Jose Carlo "Gambino" Sia, Theta '03.

Jeff is a prime example that this APO initiative with Kultura Extrema is indeed effective.

All formal training that Jeff Ablaneda got was made possible through the support of Alpha Phi Omega.

We have to work each and everyday to be more understanding, compassionate, welcoming and trusting.

SERVICE - Participation in our service program set Alpha Phi Omega apart from other fraternal organization. Large or small APO provides service to schools, community, nation, and within the fraternity.
