Bilang 𝙖𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩, hindi puwedeng manahimik lang tayo. Kailangan nating 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖 at 𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙣 kung ano ang tama.

Simple lang, walang buhay ang agrikultura kung walang 𝙩𝙪𝙗𝙞𝙜. Lalo na ang palay, na sobrang dependent sa sapat na irigasyon. Ngayon, isipin mo ‘to: 𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮𝙤𝙣-𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙨 ng 𝙩𝙪𝙗𝙞𝙜 ang gagamitin araw-araw para sa isang proyekto. Kung doon mapupunta ang tubig, saan kukuha ang mga magsasaka? Paano na ang mga pananim natin?

Hindi lang ‘to tungkol sa development, tungkol ‘to sa kung sino ang mas pinapahalagahan. 𝘿𝙖𝙩𝙖 𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 ba o 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙠𝙖𝙞𝙣 sa mesa? 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙤 ba o 𝙠𝙖𝙗𝙪𝙝𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣 ng mga magsasaka?
