𝗨𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: The MIS office will conduct a MANDATORY DELETION of inactive university accounts on July 28, 2026, for identified students and employees who are no longer enrolled, have graduated, or have previously worked with CarSU.

𝗨𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: The Management Information System (MIS) of the university informs the alumni and previous members of our university that it will conduct a MANDATORY DELETION of inactive university accounts on July 28, 2026, for identified students and employees who are no longer enrolled, have graduated, or have previously worked with CarSU.

Said individuals are advised to back up any personal data in their university-issued accounts. However, accounts of graduates from Academic Years 2024 to 2026 will be retained, as only those older than three (3) years are identified for deletion.

This directive is sanctioned by OP Memorandum No. 149, s 2026.

New domain names are now in effect for both MySchool portals.

While the New MySchool portal remains under development, both platforms continue to serve their purpose during the transition. However, the Old MySchool portal is no longer accessible outside the university premises.

Beginning March 16, 2026, Caraga State University will implement FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS, with university services available from 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Mondays to Thursdays.

Classes at both campuses will be SUSPENDED tomorrow, February 5, 2026, through OP Memorandum Order No. 46, s. 2026 due to the anticipated landfall of Tropical Depression Basyang. On-site university operations, on the other hand, will continue.
