Silence is no longer an option because every unheard thought, every hidden struggle, and every unspoken feeling matters. Itβs time to turn awareness into action and create a space where mental health is understood, valued, and openly discussed. π©·
Mental health is a conversation we can no longer ignore. Through our 2-Day Infographic Drive Campaign and classroom-based peer-led discussions, Project H.E.A.R.T. aims to raise awareness about effective coping mechanisms and break the stigma that guidance services are only for student violators. Organized by the ISU Angadanan Well-Being Ambassadors, in collaboration with the Guidance and Counseling Unit at Isabela State University Angadanan Campus, this initiative creates a safe and supportive space where every student is encouraged to speak, listen, and grow.
This project is aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, which promotes not only physical health but also mental and emotional wellness for all. By empowering students with knowledge and encouraging open dialogue, we take a step toward building a resilient community that understands the value of seeking help and supporting one another. Mental health care is for everyone and together, we can make that message stronger.
We invite you to be part of this meaningful movement here at ISU Angadanan. Join us, learn with us, and help us create a campus where no one feels alone and everyone feels supported. Your presence matters, your voice matters, and your well-being matters. Be part of H.E.A.R.T. because change starts with us.
Together, letβs make ISU a safe space where every voice is heard, every struggle is understood, and no one feels alone.
