The Systems Plus College Foundation โ College of Business proudly congratulates Dr. Ariel V. Samson, Program Chair of the BS Real Estate Management Program, on his appointment as a CHEDRO III Deputized Regional Quality Assessment Team Member for 2026.

As a member of the Regional Quality Assessment Team, he joins a pool of experts entrusted to help uphold standards of excellence in program evaluation, institutional development, and academic quality enhancement.
Dr. Samson is a highly accomplished professional with more than 15 years of experience in higher education and real estate practice. He is a PRC-licensed Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Appraiser, and Licensed Professional Teacher, whose work continues to shape future real estate professionals through instruction, leadership, and industry-based mentoring.
Beyond the academe, he serves as General Manager of A.V. Samson Realty, providing professional guidance in real estate project selling, property valuation, and better home options in collaboration with leading developers. His expertise is further strengthened by his industry involvement as a TESDA-accredited expert, CHED RQAT member, and National Accreditor of PACUCOA, reflecting his commitment to both academic standards and professional practice.
A prolific researcher, resource speaker, and community advocate, Dr. Samson has presented research in local and international colloquia and has shared his expertise in areas such as Marketing Management and the Professionalization of Real Estate. He also spearheads meaningful outreach initiatives, including โCA-asenso sa Komunidadโ for Customs Administration students and โREMarkable Community Outreachโ for Real Estate Management students, empowering learners through hands-on community engagement.
With a strong academic background, including doctoral studies in Business Administration, a Master in Business Administration, BS Accountancy, and BS Real Estate Management, Dr. Samson continues to exemplify excellence, integrity, and service. His recent recognitions, including Talinong Capaseรฑo 2024 and Galing TSU 2025, further affirm his outstanding contributions to the academic and professional community.
