For 10 AUGUST 2026, all scheduled ON-SITE work and FACE-TO-FACE classes, in all levels, and including clinical and community duties, are suspended due to inclement weather.

Thus, in consideration of the foregoing:

A.) All scheduled face-to-face classes, (instructional, community and clinical) shall be shifted to online SYNCHRONOUS modality.

B.)In lieu of face-to-face work, online modality shall be applied in conformity with the WFH policies of this institution.

Hindi araw-araw strong tayo—and that’s okay.
In the middle of our duty, quizzes, return demos, and sleepless nights, normal lang mapagod, ma-overwhelm, at mag-doubt sa sarili.

Pause for a while. Huminga.
Hindi mo kailangang ma-master lahat agad, at hindi mo kailangang maging perfect para maging deserving sa pangarap mo.

You’re learning. You’re growing. You’re showing up kahit mahirap—and that already means something.

Sa bawat maliit na progress, sa bawat araw na pinipili mong magpatuloy, mas lumalapit ka sa pagiging nurse na gusto mong maging. 🌿

So be gentle with yourself. You’re doing better than you think. 💚

There will be days when everything feels overwhelming—when deadlines pile up, exams seem impossible, and self-doubt becomes louder than your confidence. There will be moments when you’ll question your abilities, compare your progress with others, or feel like giving up because the journey has become too difficult.

But remember this: one hard day, one failed exam, one setback, or one mistake does not define your entire story. Every challenge you face is a chapter, not the ending. Growth takes time, healing takes patience, and success is built through perseverance, even on the days when you feel like you’re barely making progress.

As nursing students, we carry more than books and responsibilities—we carry dreams, sacrifices, and the hope of one day making a difference in the lives of others. The road may be demanding, but every lesson learned, every obstacle overcome, and every small victory brings you one step closer to the future you’ve been working so hard for.

So if today feels heavy, allow yourself to rest—but don’t let yourself give up. Turn the page. Start again tomorrow. Keep believing in yourself, even when it’s difficult. Your future self will thank you for choosing to continue.

Your story isn’t over. Keep turning the page, one day at a time. 💚
